Pt is admitted for neutropenic fever. Pt is currently being treated for diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Broad-spectrum antibiotics were started. Urine cultures and chest X-ray were negative. Blood cultures from the Hickman and peripheral vein site were + for staph. Vanco was increased. Pt has MSSA bacteremia due to central line infection.
