7. This one is a little bit copied so change it a bit. Timely disclosure of campaign data, place limits on campaign donations, place limits on how much a campaign can spend, and provide public funding for parts of the election process.
8. All PAC's must disclose the amount of money they raise and spend, candidates must disclose the PAC's who donated, and they must give the names of anyone who donated more than 200 dollars.
