For this assignment, you will design four simulated web pages for a website that showcases Muslim
achievements from the founding of Islam to the thirteenth century.
Before you begin, select four achievements you want to learn more about. Select from the achievements you
listed in the chart above. For each achievement, you will create a simple web page using a word processing or
presentation program. Each page will include a title, an image with a caption, and a paragraph that describes the
achievement.
Once you have selected the four achievements, use the Internet to learn more about each one. The following
websites may be helpful:

Take notes as you research each achievement. When you have finished, use a word processing or presentation
program to create one simulated web page for each achievement. The document should include four pages—one
for each web page you created. Submit your completed file for grading.
Note: Although the term achievement is used throughout the directions for this assignment, you can include a web
page that describes a person from the Muslim Empire who made important contributions, such as Ibn Sina or Ibn
Rushd.
