Title IX is a law that forbids gender discrimination in any setting anywhere in the U.S. and was passed in 1972 as part of the Federal Education Amendments. It states that "No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance."
In addition, to what my fellow Brainly User said, I would also add:
E) 'forbids gender discrimination in any school activity in the U.S.'
to the answer.
