When a set of number have the same numerator(upper number),the larger the denominator(number at bottom) is,the smaller the value would be.

We can also find out by turning the number into the same denominator:
2/3 = 2×5/3×5 = 10/35

Therefore:
2/3 > 2/15

2/3 is greater.

2/3 = 4/6 and 1/2 = 3/6 so 2/3 is greater than 1/2 (because 4/6 > 3/6)

2/15 = 4/30 and 1/2 = 15/30 so 2/15 is less than 1/2 (because 4/30 < 15/30)
